The Chamber of Commerce of Lanzarote and La Graciosa launches seven free online and in-person courses aimed at young people between 16 and 29 years old registered in the Youth Guarantee program of the public employment service.
The courses, linked to the needs of the market, are framed in the area of marketing, specifically social media, use of networks and commercial management; administration and management (office automation, administrative techniques and management of communications); and education (programming of educational projects of free time and teaching training for employment(.
The offer is part of the Comprehensive Qualification and Employment Program (PICE) of the Chamber of Commerce of Spain. The objective of the program is to promote employment through vocational guidance and training focused on specific professions and also of general interest such as languages, digital skills or social skills.
Most of the training courses are in digital format, but there is also in-person content. In September, for example, the Marketing and website creation course begins, whose registration period is now open.
The courses are part of the National Youth Guarantee System of the Ministry of Labor, Migrations and Social Security and are co-financed by the European Social Fund in 91.89% and by the Cabildo de Lanzarote in 8.11%.
For more information on how to register, you can visit the PICE online school on the Chamber's website.
