The hotel group Radisson Hotel Group will open its first establishment in Lanzarote at the end of 2022, and it will do so in the old Coronas Playa hotel in Costa Teguise. With this one, there are already three hotels of the chain in the Canary Islands, since there are two open in Gran Canaria, the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Gran Canaria, in the town of Mogán, and the Radisson Blu Gran Canaria, in the town of Patalavaca.

After the renovation and rebranding process, the resort will open its doors under the "Radisson Blu" seal, and will have more than 200 standard and superior category rooms. The hotel group points out that it will also have three restaurants: the main one, buffet style, an Italian à la carte and a beach club.

In addition, the "Radisson Blu Resort, Lanzarote" will have four different swimming pools and large garden areas, as well as a fitness room.

The 'Al-Bochi' family, owner of the property in Lanzarote, started an important architectural and interior design rehabilitation project last January, with an investment of more than 10 million euros. On the other hand, the hotel manager Canarian Hospitality will be in charge of operating the establishment once it is inaugurated.

“It is a source of pride and a privilege for us that Radisson Hotel Group places its trust in us to continue its growth process in Spain,” said the Expansion Director of Canarian Hospitality, Óscar Palacios.

“We are proud to announce our association with Canarian Hospitality, a leisure-dedicated operator that shares Radisson Hotel Group's growth ambitions in Spain. With this signature we increase our presence in the Canary Islands to 3 Radisson Blu resorts," says the Vice President of Business Development of Radisson Hotel Group, Valerie Schuermans.
