The Irish airline Aer Lingus will double its flights to Lanzarote this winter to eight frequencies per week. Thus, the island becomes one of the destinations best connected with Dublin throughout the year.
The growing demand in Ireland for flights to sunny places for the winter has led the company to strengthen its operations to numerous places in southern Europe.
In addition, it will also increase its flight frequencies to Tenerife, which will have two additional flights to eight flights per week.
Aer Lingus also reinforces its operations with Alicante to four flights per week and with Palma de Mallorca, which will have three flights per week.
Other southern destinations in Europe that will receive more AirLingus flights are Faro, Izmir, Dubrovnik, Athens, Nice and Bordeaux.
Aer Lingus is the Irish flag airline, which was founded in 1936 and operates more than 100 routes from Dublin, Cork, Shannon and Knock to the European Union, the United Kingdom and North America.
Since 2024, Aer Lingus also operates 18 transatlantic routes from Dublin and Shannon and another three transatlantic routes from Manchester, United Kingdom, to North America and the Caribbean.
