A resident of Puerto del Carmen has contacted La Voz to denounce the lack of minimum conditions that exist at a bus stop in the town, where there is neither a bench nor a shelter.
“I think it's shameful that paying for a service doesn't offer those minimum requirements,” she questions, pointing out that the only option is to "sit on the floor." In addition, she adds that there is no roof to take shelter "if it's sunny or raining."
As a regular user of the service, this resident warns that “elderly people also come” to that stop, who have to suffer from this lack of minimum services.
