A reader criticizes "the poor service" provided by taxi drivers in Arrecife. After calling on "repeated" occasions to specifically access a vehicle adapted for the disabled, much to his regret, he is told that "there are no adapted taxis, that they are on another shift."

In addition, he adds that after "calling several times", they end up "hanging up the phone". The user criticizes that "I was left feeling like a fool", having to wait "two hours at the Red Cross headquarters", until "I decided to leave", he adds.

"The big surprise I got when I passed by the bus station and saw the taxi drivers stopped at the stop", he complains. But it doesn't end here... "I continue on my way and I see that the taxis for the disabled are going around the Open Mall", he says.

He describes it as "a disgrace" and "a lack of respect". "They are there for our services, which we pay for something", he points out.
