A reader has accused the Yaiza Town Hall of "mismanagement with the taxi licenses in Playa Blanca". In this line, he has pointed out that "it is outrageous that these queues of people form, at 37 degrees, with children and the elderly burning in the sun, standing, with inhuman situations that leave the quality of services to tourism in Lanzarote in a very, very bad place".

At the same time, he reveals that these long queues affect residents, "who fail to get to their jobs on time due to hours of waiting at taxi ranks".

In this sense, he emphasizes that "the poor taxi drivers are overwhelmed, with only 67 licenses and some in the workshop, for so much demand. They can't even stop to eat".

This reader asks the Lanzarote Council to intervene and take measures "for the inhuman working conditions and the complaints of customers".

This complaint is in addition to the one made by the Popular Party in the municipality.
