Everything is prepared for the European Boxing Championship to be held next Saturday in Teguise. An evening that will feature the celebration of eight fights, five of them Olympic and three professional. The great moment of the night will come with the fight between Robert Hilario "Tiburón" and the Italian Roberto Cocco, with the European Union "super middleweight" champion belt at stake. As a prelude to the boxing evening, on Friday afternoon the official weigh-in of the boxers will take place, in an event that will take place at the Hotel Blue Sea Costa Teguise Gardens facilities.
Each of the boxers who will participate next Saturday in the boxing evening, will have to step on the scale on Friday afternoon and determine their official weight. The great moment of this event will come with the weigh-in of Robert Hilario "Tiburón" and Roberto Cocco. For the first time, the two boxers will have the opportunity to see each other and challenge each other for the European Boxing Championship. The contender for the European Union champion belt, Roberto Cocco, is scheduled to arrive in Lanzarote at noon this Thursday.
The official weigh-in of the European Boxing Championship will take place at the Blue Sea Costa Teguise Gardens hotel, located on Avenida del Golf s/n in Costa Teguise. The event will begin at 6:00 p.m. this Friday, and the boxers will step on the scale to determine their official weight for the boxing evening that will take place on Saturday night at the Teguise Municipal Pavilion.
