The 'XLIV Orvecame-Isla de Lanzarote Rally' by CD. Evesport, has been designed with novelties for the public and participating drivers. The headquarters are moving closer to the urban center of Arrecife, on the axis of the Rambla Medular and the new Open Mall shopping center. Regarding the timed sections, the itinerary contains eight specials, which will begin with a long night section on Friday, November 24, starting at 9:00 p.m.

The road book has eight sections (four different ones), the first on Friday night and the rest on Saturday, November 25, from 9:00 a.m. and with final arrival in Arrecife from 6:15 p.m.: El Mojón-Los Valles-Haría-Tabayesco (18.9 km), San Bartolomé-La Candelaria (7.56 km), Tegoyo-Tías (8.84 km), Los Valles-Haría-Tabayesco (14.1 km) and Casa Heidi-El Cercado (4.39 km). The itinerary totals 298 km of route and of which 84.29 km are timed sections, which represents 28% of the total.

Registration for the event closes on November 16 at 2:00 p.m., so some registrants will be in "quarantine" until they know the results of Tenerife and their championship options to travel to Lanzarote.

The rally headquarters are still in Arrecife, but this year they are moving closer to the urban center on the Rambla Medular and the new Open Mall shopping center, where the team presentation will take place at 7:30 p.m. on Friday and the final arrival ceremony at 6:30 p.m.

The preliminaries of the rally weekend with the vehicle checks will be in the parking lot of the Municipal Football Stadium, next to the Rambla Medular. The adjacent street Alcalde Ginés de La Hoz will be the location of the assistance area in this edition of the 'Orvecame-Isla de Lanzarote Rally'.

As every year, this event concludes the 2023 rally season in all championships: Canary Islands, BP-Las Palmas and Insular de Lanzarote.
