Puerto Calero Hesperia remains 3rd in the Copa del Rey

Puerto Calero Hesperia had an impeccable journey, taking third place in this leg and consolidating its position in the general classification in that same position that it has maintained since the first day, after the CAM of Fernando León, who has also skippered Príncipe Felipe, and Pedro Campos' Movistar.

These achievements have been very important for the morale of the only Lanzarote boat in the prestigious Mallorcan regatta, since its main incentive is to achieve the objectives that were set in the pre-season during training. Puerto Calero Hesperia is writing a luxury page in Canarian sailing, since its crew also comes entirely from the Archipelago.

José Luis Doreste from Gran Canaria and Federico Morales from Lanzarote, tactician and helmsman respectively, expressed their satisfaction with the performance, they know that victory cannot yet be declared, but they recognize that they are doing the right job and that little by little the fruits are being reaped. They are aware of the responsibility they have and therefore encourage the rest of the team continuously. The same motivation they receive from all those friends and media who echo this important news for Lanzarote and the Canary Islands.

Tomorrow Friday, the tests will resume and the fundamental goal of the Puerto Calero Hesperia racing team is to continue to distance themselves from the rivals that follow them in the classification.
