Miguel Díaz Reyes was distinguished last Thursday with the "XIV Compañero Trophy", at the closing of a sports orientation conference, within the framework of the XV "Uco Arrocha" Seminar and the XIX Technification Conference of the Lanzarote Coaches Committee. The event was attended by a significant number of coaches and sports collaborators, who came to learn new techniques.
The event was also attended by the mayor of the Arrecife City Council, Manuel Fajardo, the first deputy mayor, José Montelongo, the Councilor for Festivities, Víctor Sanginés, and the president of the organizing committee, Antonio Brito, who thanked the collaboration and participation in the conference.
After that, the secretary Francisco Díaz read the minutes of the "Compañero Trophy" and announced the name of the person who in this edition has been deserving of such distinction. The organizers highlighted Miguel Díaz Reyes's connection with sports, as he has served as a monitor, delegate, and manager. Currently, he continues to provide his services altruistically at the Unión Sur Yaiza Football Club.
The mayor of Arrecife was in charge of presenting the trophy, which consisted of the official logo of the seminar.
