The Spaniard Eneko Llanos has been the winner of the XIX Ironman Lanzarote 2010. Llanos crossed the finish line with a time of 8:38:53. His triumph was based on the foot race, where he managed to overcome a disadvantage of more than 12 minutes with respect to Maik Twelsick. Just seconds from the winner, the Belgian Bert Jammaer entered the finish line.
The best Lanzarote native of the Ironman Lanzarote 2010 was Nicholas Peter Ward, who crossed the finish line in sixth place. For his part, Gregorio Cáceres was eleventh. The fall he had in the Los Hervideros area has reduced his chances of fighting for the podium in this edition
