This Thursday begins the "XI César Manrique Trophy – RCNA – Calero Marinas", which will be held at a rate of two races per day until Saturday the 20th. The organization of the Real Club Náutico de Arrecife, Calero Marinas, Real Federación Española de Vela and Real Federación Canaria de Vela has 32 registered boats.
The start of the races each day is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on the coast of Arrecife. On Saturday, fans will be able to follow the races from the high seas on a boat that Líneas Romero has made available to the event. The 32 participating boats are distributed as follows by fleets: 5 Club Marítimo Varadero (LP-GC), 4 Real Club Náutico de Gran Canaria, 3 Real Club Náutico de Tenerife, 2 Club de Regatas 4 Vientos (Playa Blanca – Lanzarote), one boat from Club Náutico Puerto Calero and another from Club Náutico Castillo del Águila (Marina Rubicón), 2 independents. 1 from Azores (Portugal) and 13 from Real Club Náutico de Arrecife contributing the largest fleet.
In addition to the organizational teams of Calero Marinas and Real Club Náutico de Arrecife, the Race Committee is responsible for the judges Javier Bernal, Eduardo Escuder and Luis Jordán, who will work in coordination with the nautical manager of the RCNA, Manuel Torres.
