The Tinajo City Council has summoned the press next Tuesday, in the Plaza de Los Dolores de Mancha Blanca, to present new cars for the Local Police and Civil Protection.
"After the presentation, a small breakfast will be offered to those present at the event," they point out in the call.
Making invitations of this type to the press was a common practice until a few years ago, although it was practically eradicated after the economic crisis that the country went through at the beginning of the last decade.
Parties like CC have continued to do so occasionally, even with "breakfasts at home" in telematic press conferences during the pandemic, but not the institutions.
The mayor of Tinajo, Jesús Machín, and the councilor of the area, Yurena Cubas, are expected to attend the event. In addition, they also announce the presence of the Cabildo councilor Marcos Bergaz, as well as representatives of the Local Police and Civil Protection of Tinajo.
