The Art, Culture and Tourism Centers of the Cabildo de Lanzarote now incorporate the new à la carte restaurant service in Los Jameos del Agua. The opening of this new service aims to relaunch the restaurant area in the CACTs, one of the new objectives of the CEO of the Tourist Centers, Ástrid Pérez, as reported in a statement.
Los Jameos del Agua will open its restaurant, for all audiences, between Tuesdays and Saturdays of each week. The kitchen hours will be from 12:00 to 16:30. The Jameos tourist center will be open between 10:00 and 18:30, until September 30, coinciding with the summer period. At night, Los Jameos will only open on Tuesdays and Saturdays and will close on Fridays.
On these evening days, with the new revitalization plan for the CACTs, the à la carte restaurant will also be open. The second vice-president of the Cabildo and CEO of the CACTs, Ástrid Pérez, will present this new service in Los Jameos this Wednesday.
Parallel to the launch of this new restaurant service, the openings in each tourist center of the network will be extended, after getting the CACT workers to accept the staggered entry, split shifts and mobility between centers.
Along with this measure, the nightly barbecues in the Fire Mountains have also been relaunched, attended by some 1,000 people each week, following agreements signed with travel agencies and tour operators.
