The residents of Titerroy request the intervention of the Environmental Prosecutor's Office to outlaw two mobile phone antennas

The residents of Titerroy continue "on a war footing" against the installation of mobile antennas, specifically the one located on Pereyra Street 76, and the one located on Onésimo Redondo Street 10. Both are "illegal" according to the residents of the area, and even the last one is "camouflaged as a chimney", according to the residents of the neighborhood. Precisely the president of the Titerroy Neighborhood Association, Ismael Montero, has requested the intervention of the Environmental Prosecutor's Office of Las Palmas to study the case and remove the antennas.

"This neighborhood association has been requesting the Arrecife City Council to send the antenna's file, and to date we have not received any type of response", declares Ismael Montero, president of the Titerroy Neighborhood Association, who assures that the antenna is illegal because it does not meet the requirements requested in the Municipal Ordinance.

The president of the neighborhood association has presented different documents in the Arrecife Courts to request the review of the legal status of these antennas, for which the Neighborhood Association has collected 1,589 protest signatures.
