The Canarian company Syocsa-Inarsa, belonging to the DISA group and dedicated to construction, real estate development and industrial services in the Archipelago, will be in charge of the construction of three new nautical-sports infrastructure projects in the Islands, including the future Arrecife marina. This was made public by the company Disa, after joining the shareholding of the company Puerto Calero Marinas, which has been awarded these works for the next three years.
The first of these projects is 'Marina Lanzarote', which is located in the port of Arrecife with an offer of 443 moorings for lengths between six and 60 meters, and an area of 16,000 square meters for the repair service of super-yachts, "a new industry in the Archipelago", explains the company in a statement. In addition, it will have a "varied and varied offer of leisure and restaurants that, in the heart of the city, and next to the new cruise terminal, aims to consolidate itself as the point of reference for leisure and restaurants on the Island".
The inclusion of DISA in the capital of Puerto Calero Marinas represents, according to them, "an important boost to the company's growth plan, which will now have in its shareholding one of the most solvent and best diversified Canarian groups in the business fabric of the Archipelago".
Puerto Calero Marinas S.L., is created from the segregation of the construction and management of sports ports business line of the parent company, Puerto Calero S.A.
The company is born with two marinas in its asset, Puerto Calero in Lanzarote and Marina la Palma in the capital of La Palma, with the medium-term objective of incorporating three marinas in management, and thereby consolidating a total of five nautical-sports infrastructures in the Canary Islands, thus capitalizing on the company's more than 25 years of experience in the management of marinas.
