This week, the 42 workers who are part of the latest agreement of the Canarian Employment Service carried out by the Local Development Agency of the Teguise City Council, called "Let's all work", have finished joining.

The newly hired, according to the Councilor for Economy and Finance of the Consistory, Luciano Pérez, will be until June 31. Specifically, there are 8 painters, 10 construction workers, 5 first officers, 2 home assistants, 2 administrative assistants and 10 cleaning workers.

For his part, the Councilor for Roads, Works and Cleaning of the City Council, Domingo Cejas, who will be in charge of organizing the interventions of these people, has pointed out that "the majority of the new workers will be in charge of carrying out an improvement of the different localities of the municipality". On the one hand, the streets and corners will be cleaned in depth and, on the other hand, a group of workers will fix curbs, ramps, whitewash or paint municipal buildings. In short, "to leave all the towns in perfect condition", said Cejas.
