The San Bartolomé City Council announces the provisional resolution of aid for housing rehabilitation

The San Bartolomé City Council has begun to "pay the aid for the rehabilitation of homes to the 124 families that have benefited from this line of subsidies, whose total amount amounts to 491,785 euros", the Council announces.

The bases of the call contemplate: "works aimed at combating energy poverty, saving consumption, adapting homes for people with functional diversity and reduced mobility, as well as interior work and reforms in common areas, among other actions", they make clear.

San Bartolomé is the first municipality in Lanzarote to "join this line of subsidies granted by the Canary Islands Housing Institute of the Government of the Canary Islands until 2025", they confirm.

The City Council recalls that the bases of the new call "continue their processing for publication in the coming months, with an increase in the subsidizable amounts."
