The Somos Lanzarote-Nueva Canarias alliance has presented its lists to the Electoral Board for the seven Lanzarote town councils, the Cabildo of Lanzarote and the Parliament of the Canary Islands. Both formations estimate that their lists are made up of "women and men qualified for the exciting challenge of being key in the governability of the island of Lanzarote".

In addition to Borja Rubio heading the candidacy for the Parliament of the Canary Islands, the configuration of the rest of the Somos Lanzarote-Nueva Canarias lists would be as follows. Paula Corujo, Lidia Pla and Sonia Romero will occupy the first three positions in the Cabildo of Lanzarote. In the Arrecife City Council, Armando Santana will be accompanied by Elisabeth Merino, David Duarte and Basilio Coco (the latter two as independents).

In the Town Councils, Tibiabín Hernández will head San Bartolomé with Jorge Díaz in second place. Omaira Díaz will head the list for Teguise, followed by Alejandro Rivero. In Tías, Pedro Suárez will head the candidacy with Óscar Hernández in second position. Yoné Caraballo, current candidate for the Senate for Nueva Canarias proposed by Somos Lanzarote, will head the list for Yaiza, followed by Yrina Cabrera. In Tinajo, the list will be headed by Francisco Expósito while in Haría Sonia de León will be the candidate.

Both Somos Lanzarote and Nueva Canarias affirm that this alliance identifies them as a political force with island-wide presence throughout Lanzarote, and they are confident that from May 2019 "a new stage will open in the island's institutions which, for sure, will lead to a more egalitarian, feminist and fair Lanzarote".
