The Teguise City Council opens its job bank with the intention of incorporating a nursery assistant, home help personnel and a tourist information officer. The deadline for submitting applications begins on July 26 for the home help vacancy, August 2 for the nursery assistant and August 9 for the tourist information officer position. Those interested "will have five business days to submit the documentation to the City Hall"
The Councilor for Human Resources, Luciano Pérez, maintains that they are "seeking transparency in hiring and we believe that it is achieved with these public lists, where everyone sees their score based on an official evaluation, ratified by a court." The councilor also added that "applicants who do not agree can claim. With all this, what we wanted is achieved, a professional staff that is improved with absolute transparency, administrative efficiency and good professionals."
The Teguise City Council started with its job bank with the vacancies of administrative assistant and continued with those of cleaner and general laborer. "Little by little they will reach all positions in the City Council," Pérez indicated. The results will be published on the City Council's notice board and on the municipal website [www.teguise.es->www.teguise.es]. "This is the creation of reserve lists to carry out fixed-term contracts for the job position," the councilor clarified.
Those people interested in the three new bags can download the application on the Teguise City Council website, in the Human Resources area or in the council facilities. Professional merits and training related to the job will be assessed.
According to the City Council, the admitted applicants will be called in "strict order of score to meet the needs of the City Council" until the list is completed and another job bank is started. The duration of the validity is indefinite.
