Mari Paz Cabrera has presented her resignation as councilor of CC in the Teguise City Council. According to her colleague and also councilor in the Consistory, Antonio Callero, it was "personal reasons" that led Cabrera to resign from her position.

"She will continue in the committee and supporting the project, but for personal reasons she has to leave her position," said Callero, who has confirmed that it will be Eugenio Robayna who will take over the council positions that Mari Paz Cabrera held.

Thus, in addition to the areas of Emergencies, Mobile Park, Civil Protection, Beaches, Roads and Works, Cleaning and Municipal Cemeteries that Robayna already managed, he will now also be in charge of the council positions of Street Market, Animal Ownership, Commerce and Consumption, Industry and Energy and Agriculture.

The next on the CC list, and who should take office as councilor in replacement of Mari Paz Cabrera, is the general secretary of the Nationalist Youth of CC in Lanzarote, Sara Bermúdez.
