The Haría City Council has renewed, in the plenary session of last Friday, August 9, with the Ministry of Social Welfare, Equality, Youth, Childhood and Families of the Government of the Canary Islands, the agreement for the issuance of large family titles in the municipality. This project is approved with the Canary Federation of Municipalities (Fecam).
Mayor Alfredo Villalba appreciates the collaboration with the Island Government and assures that this renewal will benefit all residents in Haría. "Large families need, more than ever, the support of institutions to face the economic expense and the various difficulties that arise as a nucleus," he stresses.
For her part, the Councilor for Social Welfare, Evelia García, highlights that "this government group is committed to bringing the administration closer to the citizens. With this agreement, we make it easier for large families to process, through the municipal social services, the necessary documentation and even receive from here the physical card in paper format that proves their condition."
The renewal will allow the Council to continue offering this important service, which helps to reduce current delays in procedures related to large family titles. Likewise, the government group shows its commitment to the welfare of the citizens.
