The San Bartolomé City Council held a floral offering to Alexis Tejera Lemes this Tuesday in the municipal cemetery, on the occasion of the first anniversary of his death.
Councilors from all political parties with representation in the City Council participated in this simple act of remembrance for the former mayor from May 2019 until his death on November 15, 2021.
The mayor, Isidro Pérez, emphasizes that the "feeling of pain for the loss of Alexis is still unanimous" after a year.
