Coalition Canaria has announced that they are "still trying to reach an agreement" with the Municipal Platform of Haría, with the aim of "settling the crisis opened in the northern Consistory."

However, this agreement occurred on Thursday night, before Evelia García announced this Friday the redistribution of areas only among the three councilors of the PMH, leaving CC out of the government.

The nationalists assure that they have remained at all times "loyal to the signed pact." "However, the PMH has changed the rules of the game and three days after the change of Mayor, the CC councilors continue without having delegated the areas that both formations committed to respect," they point out in the statement.

Coalition Canaria is clear that, for the good and stability of the municipality and its residents, "both parties are obliged to sit down and understand each other, so they urge the PMH to reconsider its actions and interventions in the media in recent days."

Likewise, the Insular Executive Committee, which is led by the general secretary, Migdalia Machín, recalls that "it is not a contempt and an affront directed only at the Local Committee of Haría but at the entire party, since, in all cases and in any municipality, the work, agreements, decisions and strategies are coordinated between the collegiate bodies."

Aware that its colleagues in the north are going through a "really complicated" situation and valuing all the work and effort made by the Haría Committee, the Insular Executive affirms that the intention of CC "is, has been and will continue to be, to maintain a majority stability so that the municipality advances" and emphasizes that "if other formations do not see it that way, it is clear that we cannot meet."
