The STEC-Intersindical Canaria accuses the Ministry of Education of not "knowing how to keep its promises, including the opening of the CEO Argana Alta for the current academic year." The new educational center in the capital's neighborhood is still not in operation despite the fact that the Insular Director of Education assured at the end of August that it would be ready for September. Given these circumstances, STEC-Intersindical Canaria denounces that the students of the six groups that were destined in the new center have to carry out their studies in the CEIP Argana Alta, "mixed" with the 31 groups that already exist in the center, "because there is no more space".

The Educational Community accuses the Ministry of Education of "lack of foresight" and reproaches that it does not fulfill its commitments and responsibilities "neither in time nor in form", since to the delay of the new Argana center is added a similar situation with the CEIP of Arrieta, where the works still continue.

In addition, the STEC-IC criticizes the methodologies used by the Ministry, as they consider that "they are not favorable in their programming" and favors the "abandonment of the educational system" of the students. The Educational Community describes the educational policy of the Ministry as "chaotic", both for the forecasts of the new centers and for what has been the beginning of the course and believe that from this institution they "abuse the goodwill of teachers, parents and students".
