Seventeen towns in Lanzarote wake up without water this Monday

In addition, Canal Gestión reports that there may be supply cuts in specific streets that add to these interruptions

A total of seventeen towns in Lanzarote have woken up without water this Monday morning. This was reported after 7:30 p.m. on Sunday night by the company in charge of water management on the island, Canal Gestión.

The municipality of Haría is the most affected with five localities that have seen their supply interrupted. Among them, Guinate, Maguez, Ye, Órzola, Arrieta and Punta Mujeres.

In the case of Teguise, there are also five towns without supply: La Villa, El Mojón, Teseguite, Las Cabreras and Nazaret.

While the localities of San Bartolomé in the municipality of San Bartolomé, also have their water supply interrupted.

According to Canal Gestión, part of Puerto del Carmen, the entire areas of Masdache and Tías also have no supply. Added to this are Uga and Yaiza, both in the homonymous municipality of Yaiza, which also have no water.

In addition, the subsidiary company of Canal Isabel II of Madrid has added that there may be supply cuts in specific streets that add to these interruptions.
