Until next year. The San Ginés festivities said goodbye this Tuesday until next summer and left a good taste in the mouth of all citizens. Despite the tighter budget as a result of the economic crisis, the residents of Arrecife took to the streets to enjoy the numerous activities that have been programmed during the days that these festivities have lasted.
The concert by Nena Daconte, which took place at the fairgrounds, brought the festivities to an end. Numerous people, among them, many children with their parents came to see this show, which lacked rhythm.
The concert started with a delay of more than 30 minutes, when the public was already somewhat nervous. However, with the appearance of the members on stage, the spirits relaxed and the attendees began to hum the songs of Nena Daconte.
The show lasted more than an hour, after which the citizens headed towards El Reducto beach to see the fireworks. The dark sky went in a few seconds to become a stage full of colors and shapes, which amazed the public, who did not stop applauding during the approximately 20 minutes that the show lasted.
The fireworks said goodbye to the San Ginés festivities, which will return next summer, surely, with a new program full of surprises and activities.
