A 30.4% of tourists who visit Lanzarote do so by contracting the "all-inclusive" option in their accommodations, slightly above the regional average. This is derived from the data on the Profile of the tourist visiting the Canary Islands (2025), based on the Survey on tourist spending carried out by the Canarian Institute of Statistics.
The island where most tourists opt for accommodation that includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner is Fuerteventura (49.9%), where almost half of visitors choose this option. In second place is Lanzarote, followed by Gran Canaria (28.4%) and, to a lesser extent, Tenerife (22%) and La Palma (18.5%). The data does not include La Gomera, El Hierro, or La Graciosa.
Slightly more than half of the tourists (50.9%) who stay in Lanzarote do so in hotels. This accommodation option is the most used on the island, but the lowest percentage in the Canary Islands. Meanwhile, 28.7% choose to stay in other types of accommodation and 20.4% in traditional apartments and tourist villas. By hotel type, the most frequented are four-star hotels (30.8%).
Compared to the data of tourists who choose the all-inclusive option, the majority of tourists who arrive at the island opt for reserving only accommodation (39.8%), the highest figure in the archipelago.
The data shows that Lanzarote is the island where most tourists repeat their trip and return to visit it. Specifically, 70.8% of tourists who have visited Lanzarote, travel again to the Canary Islands and choose the same island again.
