Canal Gestión has announced on its website the new water cuts for this Monday, May 20. The company that manages the water supply in Lanzarote has listed the areas of the island that will not have water throughout the day. With data updated to 07.10 hours of the morning of this Monday, five municipalities of Lanzarote, Haría, Teguise, San Bartolomé, Tías and Yaiza, suffer interruption of supply in some of their villages.
Regarding the northern area of the island, in the municipality of Haría, specifically the citizens of the villages Máguez, Guinate and Charco del Palo are suffering the water cuts again, as indicated by Canal Gestión. On the other hand, in the central area of Lanzarote, Los Valles (Teguise) is suffering the water cuts again and San Bartolomé, will not have water throughout Monday either.
On the other hand, in the southern area of Lanzarote, Tías and Yaiza will also be affected by the lack of water supply that the corresponding company has announced.
The week begins with new water cuts, to which citizens have already become accustomed on a daily basis. A lack of water to which are added the cuts that occurred last week, such as those of Friday, May 17, the day on which a total of 13 towns did not have water supply in Lanzarote.
