Arrecife leads the rise in housing prices in the province of Las Palmas, with Avenida de la Mancomunidad being where the price of housing has increased the most, according to the latest price update carried out by precioviviendas.com. According to this portal, the average price of housing in Arrecife is 1,137 euros per square meter, having grown by 5.84% in the last quarter, with a year-on-year variation of 15.24%.

The most significant price increase of the last quarter occurred on Avenida Mancomunidad in the capital, where the average price varied by 13.53% compared to the previous quarter, standing at 1,337 euros per square meter. Compared to the previous year, the increase is 27.32%. Avenida de la Mancomunidad is followed by Avenida Fred Olsen, where the average price of housing has stood at 1,431 euros per square meter, having grown by 12.25% this quarter and 34.5% in the last year.

Behind them are Calle Triana, with a quarterly increase of 8.95% and an average price per square meter of 1,263 euros, and Calle Manolo Millares, where the price of housing has grown by 8.64%, standing at 1,276 euros per square meter. On Calle Felo Monzón, the average cost of housing is 944 per square meter, but it has increased by 8.26% this quarter.

Calle México occupies fifth place in terms of housing price increases, with a growth of 6.71% and an average price of 1,152 euros per square meter. The streets Andalucía, Saltona, León y Castillo, Norte, Seguidilla, Malagueña, Muyay, Pérez Galdós and General García Escámez continue the ranking of main roads in Arrecife where the price of housing has increased in the last quarter.

 

Canary Islands, second community where housing prices have risen the most


As for the Canary Islands, with a 2.72% increase, it is the second community nationwide where housing prices have risen the most in this last quarter, according to precioviviendas.com.

However, according to this portal, none of the main increases occur in the capitals, being 0.38% in Santa Cruz and 3.23% in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The main increases in the Canary Islands occur in Arrecife with 5.84%, in Arona with 5.74%, in Granadilla de Abona with 5% and in Puerto del Rosario with 4.63%.
