King Felipe VI's cousin, Princess Alexia of Greece, and her husband, Lanzarote architect Carlos Morales, have decided to put up for sale the "palace" where they live in Lanzarote, a villa located in Yaiza, overlooking the sea in Puerto Calero, in the south of the island. According to the newspaper El Mundo exclusively, in mid-November of last year, the couple met with a well-known notary in the center of Arrecife, in the capital of the island.

A house inspired by traditional Canarian construction, which the couple bought in April 2005 for 257,000 euros, where she has lived for years with her husband and their four children. It is a two-story construction, which also has three storage rooms, a bathroom-sauna, an indoor and outdoor pool, two game rooms, a gym, a massage room, and a billiard room, as well as the couple's bedrooms and those of their four children.

According to El Mundo, to date, the Morales of Greece have lived away from the flashes and in a very discreet way on the island. Alexia, who has been fond of sports since she was a child, continues to practice swimming and is usually a figure in various sporting events that take place there. When she moved to Lanzarote, the princess became a housewife who takes care of her children and abandoned her work at the Catalan Down Syndrome Foundation. A tranquility only punctuated by sporadic appearances at European royalty events.
