The Lanzarote and La Graciosa Chamber of Commerce has presented this morning 'Club Cámara Suma', a pioneering program of corporate loyalty and incentives structured through a closed digital platform.
This strategic project, framed within the commemorative agenda for the institution's 20th Anniversary, was born after eight months of development in its initial phase with an estimated direct impact on more than a thousand workers belonging to the business fabric of the Club Cámara, including the chamber corporation's own staff.
During the public appearance, the president of the Chamber of Commerce, José Valle, has highlighted the value of the Club as an ecosystem of trust and cooperation.
"With 'Club Cámara Suma' we are taking a qualitative leap in services for our associates. We are not presenting an external tool, but a system where the union of the Club directly benefits the care of our teams, bringing prestige, robustness, and a tangible social benefit to the human capital of the islands," highlighted Valle.
The web application, specifically optimized for mobile devices, has been developed entirely on the island with the Lanzaroteño Joaquín López, who after a long professional career in the United States has returned to Lanzarote contributing his experience in digital innovation.
The platform, which is already fully active and operational, allows users to quickly view the catalog of participating companies, explore available discounts, and validate offers in real-time through a rigorous system of digital codes for exclusive use by the staff of the adhering organizations.
For his part, Javier Quintana, manager of the local technology company Suntelco and member of Club Cámara, has analyzed the project from the perspective of talent management. "Taking care of and motivating staff is no longer an option, it is an essential strategic investment to be competitive," said Quintana, clarifying that Club members can include their services or make changes to the application at any time. "This tool generates a perfect circular economy, while we offer a high-value labor incentive to our workers and strengthen internal synergies among us."
The presentation has concluded with a technical demonstration carried out by the platform developer, where the fluidity of the mobile interface and the security in benefits management have been exhibited. From the Chamber of Commerce, it has been recalled that the platform will maintain its open structure continuously, allowing any company member of the Club to join and upload their incentive proposals at any time.
