The eighth edition of the MasterChef television contest has a Lanzarote native in its kitchens, Luna, a 29-year-old yoga teacher.
Luna was the first to get the white MasterChef 8 apron after making a fried sweet potato banana and goat cheese burger, which the jury of the contest, made up of Jordi Cruz, Pepe Rodríguez Rey and Samantha Vallejo-Nágera, highlighted that it had a very Canarian flavor.
"I'm so excited that they have given me this opportunity," the Lanzarote native has published on her Twitter, where she expresses her gratitude to the jury and promises to put all her effort and love "into each dish" that she prepares in the contest.
In the first program of MasterCherf 8 broadcast this Monday, Luna was also part of the winning team of the outdoor test
