The passage of the storm of high impact Regina has plummeted the temperatures in Lanzarote to 9.9 degrees during the early hours of last Monday. This is shown by the data from the State Meteorological Agency collected at the different stations on the island.
The lowest temperature, of 9.9 degrees, occurred in Tías during the early hours between Sunday and Monday. Also in the early hours of this Tuesday the municipality registered the lowest temperature, with 10.2 degrees. This Tuesday it was practically all morning below 11 degrees and also registered the second lowest temperature on the island, 10.3 degrees, at ten at night.
Meanwhile, the municipality of Haría reached 10.8 degrees, at 10:00 PM, the third lowest temperature on the island. During the early morning, the northern municipality has registered temperatures around 12 degrees.
The municipality of Tinajo also registered the lowest temperature at 22:00 hours at night, when it stood at 11.4 degrees. During the early morning, temperatures have been below 12 degrees.
In San Bartolomé the minimum has been 12.8 degrees at 22:00 at night, while during the early morning it has remained below 14.
In the town of Playa Blanca, in the municipality of Haría, the lowest temperature has been 14 degrees, also at 10:00 PM this Monday. During the early morning in the south of the island, the cold has been felt less, ranging between 14 and 16 degrees.
Meanwhile, on the island of La Graciosa has registered a minimum of 12.9 degrees. Meanwhile, during the early morning the temperature has fluctuated between 15 and 15 degrees.
Finally, the Aemet stations in Haría and San Bartolomé have reached 80 kilometers per hour during the first hours of Monday night. At 10:00 p.m. at night, in the municipality of Tías, maximum gusts of up to 79 kilometers per hour were also recorded. In municipalities like Tinajo, up to 60 kilometers per hour have been recorded, while in Playa Blanca it is around 50 kilometers per hour.
