According to police sources, the aforementioned Brigade managed to identify one of the receivers and his address, which was placed under surveillance while the relevant entry and search warrant was requested from the Judicial Authority.
Once the order was granted, the agents searched the house and arrested and placed at the disposal of the court Carlos Alberto T.A., a native of Portoviejo (Ecuador), 35 years old, who was arrested for the same reason approximately a month and a half ago; Horacio Runel M.B., a native of Guayaquil, 46 years old; and Roberto Noel N.C., a native of Salto (Uruguay), 50 years old.

Once in contact with several establishments in Arrecife and Puerto del Carmen, their owners recognized various effects of the seized material as their own.
The corresponding expulsion file has also been initiated against the detainee Roberto Noel N.C. by the Foreign Operations Group (GOE) as he is illegally in national territory.
