Salvamar rescued a boat near the coast of Lanzarote this Friday night, specifically about 15 miles southeast of Arrecife.
According to the Emergency Consortium, there could be 35 people traveling in the boat, including a baby. They are all of Maghrebi origin and appear to be in good condition.
They were transferred to the Commercial dock where they were assisted by the Red Cross.
