A total of 34 officials from the National Police Corps, some in regulation uniform and others in civilian clothes, participated this past weekend in a police operation deployed in one of the nightclubs in Arrecife called "after-hour", with influx from seven in the morning, as well as in the Puerto Naos area.
During the operation, a total of 50 people were identified, both national and foreign, with several reports being filed for drug possession, for possession of blunt objects (a baseball bat and a metal bar).
During the operation, 15 ecstasy pills, two pieces of hashish and 3 wraps of cocaine were found on the floor of the premises. Outside, an 8-centimeter knife blade and a 25 kitchen knife were found.
The agents arrested an individual inside the establishment, when he had 13 wraps of cocaine ready for sale.
Sanction
Similarly, the National Police filed a proposal for sanction against the inspected premises, as the reported facts manifestly denote a lack of surveillance and prevention against drug use and trafficking inside.
