The 'express sale' of housing is reduced in Lanzarote, Fuerteventura and Gran Canaria

Nationally, the percentage of sales in less than a week during the second quarter also decreased, although more moderately.

The speed at which apartments advertised on Idealista.com are sold is slowing down in the province of Las Palmas.

11% of homes for sale during the second quarter in Lanzarote, Fuerteventura and Gran Canaria were acquired in less than a week, while a year ago the percentage was 14%.

Meanwhile, 23% of homes take between one week and one month to be acquired, while 27% take between one and three months and 31% take between three months and one year. The percentage of homes that took more than a year to be acquired remained at 8%.

At the national level, there was also a decrease, although more moderate, in the so-called 'express sales', made in less than a week, with the percentage going from 14% to 13% in a year. 

Granada is the province with the highest percentage of "express sales", reaching 25% of those registered in idealista in the second quarter. 

It is followed by the provinces of Soria (20%), Álava (19%), Madrid (18%) and Asturias (18%). Next are Guadalajara, Navarra and Vizcaya (which share 17%), A Coruña (16%), Cantabria and Zaragoza (which share 15%).

Zamora is the province with the lowest incidence of express sales, with 4% of sales in the second quarter. It is followed by Ourense (5%), Albacete (6%), Lugo and Ciudad Real (which share 7%).
