Firefighters extinguished a fire in two containers in Playa Blanca early this Thursday morning, as reported by the Emergency Consortium.
The CECOES was alerted to the fire in the containers on La Gomera street in the tourist town at around 1:09 a.m.
Local Police, Civil Guard, and firefighters were dispatched to the scene. They were organic waste collection containers, which they extinguished with sprayed and jetted water.
