Arrested on a court order and for usurping a home in Playa Blanca

The arrested man told the Civil Guard that he was occupying the property after paying 500 euros to a private individual to stay there.

The Yaiza Civil Guard arrested a man, with initials A.D., 35 years old and with a police record, on the night of the 10th, against whom there was a court order for his arrest from a Court in the province of Málaga and who has also been investigated as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of usurpation of a home in Playa Blanca.

The intervention of the Civil Guard began as a result of a notice during the night of the aforementioned day, which told the agents that someone had broken the door of a house to access its interior on Cherne street in the tourist town. Upon arriving at the scene, the agents verified how someone had forced the door, identifying A.D. in the vicinity, who stated that he was occupying the house after paying 500 euros to a private individual to stay there.

The agents who went to the scene also verified how the alleged perpetrator of the usurpation, A.D., had a valid court order for his search, arrest and appearance in a Court in the province of Málaga, being finally arrested for this court order and investigated for a crime of usurpation of a home;  passing on the 11th at the disposal of the corresponding Court, on guard duty, of Arrecife.
