The Investigating Court number 3 of Arrecife has issued a restraining order against a man who was arrested on Saturday afternoon for a crime of domestic violence against a minor. These events were acknowledged by the arrested man himself, as confirmed by the Superior Court of Justice of the Canary Islands (TSJC).

The arrest occurred in the Argana Alta neighborhood by the National Police and, as La Voz has learned, it was the child's grandmother who reported the aggression by her daughter's romantic partner towards the child.

After his arrest, and after he confessed to the events after being brought before the Investigating Court number 3 of Arrecife, which was on duty, the man was released, but with the prohibition of approaching the minor while the investigation of the case lasts.
