Firefighters from the Security and Emergency Consortium rescued a woman with hypothermia this Monday in a house on Granada street in Arrecife, in the Altavista neighborhood.

After being alerted by the Cecoes that there was a person inside the house who was not responding, the firefighters went to the place, where there were already members of the National Police and Local Police, and later a medicalized ambulance joined them.

The firefighters accessed the house through the interior patio, where two members of the National Police were already with the woman. An attempt was made to open the door of the room where the woman was, middle-aged and foreign, but given the impossibility of doing so, the latch and lock of the lock were broken. The paramedics assisted the woman, who had symptoms of hypothermia.
