A woman of unknown age has been injured with a moderate head trauma after being hit by a car on Faro de Pechiguera Avenue in Playa Blanca.
The accident occurred at approximately 07.45 hours this Tuesday, when the Coordinating Center for Emergencies and Security (CECOES) 1-1-2 of the Government of the Canary Islands received an alert reporting the accident.
A medicalized ambulance and another basic life support ambulance from the SUC and agents of the Local Police have been sent to the scene.
SUC personnel have assessed and assisted the injured woman, who has been transferred in a medicalized ambulance to Doctor José Molina Orosa Hospital.
The Local Police have carried out the corresponding report.
