A 45-year-old man seriously injured after his bicycle collided with a vehicle this Sunday in Tías, as reported by the Coordinating Center for Emergencies and Security of the Government of the Canary Islands.
The cyclist was riding his bike along Avenida de las Playas when the accident occurred, which occurred around 00.19 hours, according to CECOES. As a result of the incident, the man has suffered a severe head injury and was therefore transferred to the Doctor José Molina Orosa Hospital.
An ambulance from the Canary Emergency Service (SUC) went to the scene, where the medical personnel were attending to the injured man.
