On the night of last Friday, the historic Santo Domingo Convent, in the Villa de Teguise, became the perfect setting for the Lanzarote duo Bravo to present the show Notas al Viento, an intimate concert held by candlelight that deeply moved the attending audience.

At 8:00 PM, the first chords began to sound on a stage of sober and elegant beauty, presided over solely by the majestic 18th-century altarpiece of the convent. As the only scenography, a brilliant black grand piano occupied one side of the stage, while more than a hundred lit candles, distributed on the main staircase and the floor itself, provided the warm and hypnotic lighting that enveloped the evening from the first moment.

With the entrance of the concert's protagonists, the virtuoso pianist and music professor Fran Mauri and the solo singer Araceli Bravo, a musical journey full of sensitivity and emotion began. With an elegant staging, both artists presented an exquisite repertoire of songs that won over the audience from the first notes.

The interpretive power of the imposing grand piano and the clarity, sweetness, and feeling of Araceli Bravo's voice made the attendees not only enjoy each performance but also travel emotionally through time with unforgettable songs such as Contigo Aprendí, Lucí, Gracias a la Vida, Arráncame, Sabor a Mí or Contigo en la Distancia, among many others that made the night a magical and unrepeatable moment.

"Notas al Viento" was not a conventional concert. It was an authentic emotional journey, an invitation to take refuge in a space where music became a confidante and each song an intimate story shared with the closeness of someone whispering in your ear. There were no artifices or distances, only the purity of the piano, the vulnerability of the voice, and the complicity of an audience that listened attentively to each of the interpretations.

The candles not only illuminated the stage but completely transformed the space, creating an atmosphere suspended in time, where the notes seemed to float through the convent hall, touching the sensitivity of the attendees and slowly rising upwards, like little secrets confided to the wind.

At that instant, the essential came to life: raw emotion, shared silence, and the beauty of the ephemeral. "Notas al Viento", was born for those who wish to stop the clock, close their eyes, and let themselves be carried away by emotions; to listen not only with their ears, but also with their heart, where music caresses, embraces, and finally frees itself...traveling lightly towards the memory of each spectator.

Because songs can fade, but emotion remains. And that emotion, when shared, becomes something eternal.

With the audience on their feet and visibly moved. Fran Mauri and Araceli Bravo said goodbye with the encore "La Mala Costumbre", putting the final touch to an unforgettable experience lived in the Convento Santo Domingo de Teguise.

The Councilor for Culture of the Teguise City Council, Andoni Machín, also enjoyed the concert and congratulated the members of the dúo Bravo, for the interpretive and innovative quality of the concert.

A unique evening that will remain forever in the memory of all attendees.
