The Lanzarote luthier Paco Dorta, the only one in the Canary Islands in the construction of ancient plucked string instruments from the Renaissance and Baroque periods, has inaugurated the "Aceró" concert hall in his house in Tahíche.
This is a project by Dorta himself with the aim of publicizing the musical genre, highlighting its value and bringing it closer to all those musicians who love these instruments.
The inaugural event was attended by musicians Carlos Oramas and José Rubiales, both from the island of Gran Canaria, the Peruvian Juan Carlos Mulder, the Cuban Liana Llauger and Gustavo Navarro from Lanzarote. The musicians played instruments built by the luthier himself, such as the baroque guitar and Renaissance lutes.

Paco Dorta's project is based on promoting the musical genre, offering the concert hall to musicians so that they can make use of it, scheduling some concerts from time to time to continue promoting musical culture in more depth.
