Discover the program of activities for Christmas in Haría

The municipality will carry out exhibitions, contests, shows and reading clubs, among other events

The Haría City Council welcomes Christmas with a wide program of activities aimed at all ages. This initiative will take place from next Thursday, December 12, to Sunday, January 5, in different parts of the municipality.

Mayor Alfredo Villalba invites residents and visitors to enjoy this Christmas program that includes exhibitions, contests, shows and reading clubs, among others. "It is a great opportunity for the northern municipality to welcome all families who wish to experience this festive period."

The Councilor for Culture, Evelia Garcia, points out that for this Christmas and Three Kings Day "we have prepared about thirty events that will take place in the Municipal Library, in the vicinity of the Punta Mujeres court, in the Haría square, in the TeatroLa Tegala Hall, in the sports center and in the different socio-cultural centers."

The Municipal Council "reinforces its commitment to offer citizens a festive program where tradition and popular culture will be the main protagonists."

 

Program

Among the most outstanding events is the performance of the Haría Music School, this Saturday, December 14, at 6:00 p.m., in the Teatro La Tegala Hall. Admission will be free and open until full capacity.

The program will also include a varied range of activities designed for all audiences, including children's storytelling, candle workshops and Christmas crafts, gastronomic activities such as cooking workshops for adults and children, a Christmas market with local and artisan products, and popular festivals with live music.

In addition, musical performances will be held, such as the traditional performance of the Rancho de Pascua. The 18th edition of the Malabharía Festival will also take place. Nor will the Three Kings Parade be missing, which will put the finishing touch to these festivities.
