The head of the Investigating Court number 1 of Arrecife has taken a statement from the person arrested last Sunday for his relationship with a stabbing in the Marina Lanzarote marina and has ordered his admission to provisional prison, according to the press office of the TSJC.
The detainee is being investigated for attempted murder and another crime of injury with a weapon.
The events took place around 07:00 on Sunday, when CECOES received several calls alerting of the event. The sanitary personnel had to attend to three injured, one of them a man who had a serious incisive wound in the neck, who was transferred in a medical ambulance to Molina Orosa. The other two affected were a man and a woman, with minor injuries, who were also transferred to the hospital.
Hours later, the Local Police of Arrecife arrested a man of Spanish nationality for his connection with the events. In addition, the agents seized two knives.
