Iberia Express increases its summer offer for Lanzarote by 13%

Looking ahead to summer, Iberia Express has announced a 13% increase in its seats for travel to Lanzarote. Thus, the airline will have 21 round-trip flights per week to connect the island with Madrid in the summer season.

In total, the airline will offer more than 1.8 million seats to fly between the capital and the Canary Islands, which represents an average of 10% more flights for all the islands than in the same season of 2022.

For Tenerife, there will be a 21% increase in seats compared to the same period in 2022, while for Gran Canaria it will be 9%. Thus, Iberia Express will operate up to 48 round-trip flights per week to Gran Canaria, up to 59 to Tenerife, 16 to Fuerteventura and 10 to La Palma.

Additionally, it will have transversal routes between Oviedo-Tenerife and Vigo-Tenerife with two weekly frequencies from mid-June to early September.

The company will also increase the frequency of flights operated to the Balearic Islands this summer of 2023 by 5% more than last year. Specifically, it will connect Madrid with Mallorca with up to 49 round-trip flights per week (seven daily flights), 9% more than in the summer of 2022. It will also have up to 25 flights per week to Ibiza, and 21 to Menorca.
