In addition, the prices of the municipality of Teguise as a whole have increased by 6.5% in the last twelve months while the specific prices of Costa Teguise increased by 13.7%.
A year ago the same 100-meter apartment cost an average of 223,500 in the municipality, while the average price in the town of Costa Teguise was 249,300 euros. Therefore, the difference was 25,800 euros, that is, almost 20,000 euros less than now.
